Awesome service. Gave us a quote on the potential problem, worked out what the problem was and fixed it promptly. Actually charged us less than quoted as it was a different component than originally thought. I always come to myScreen Southport for phone repairs.

I came in with a cracked screen on my kids' ipad, and the guys fixed the screen in one day! Unfortunately, due to no fault of theirs, the screen repair revealed another issue, for which I needed extra help. The myScreen team was super helpful in providing recommendations for further assistance, and they absolutely went above and beyond in helping me. Will definitely be back, and recommend them to anyone!

Brad & his team are fantastic. After taking a phone to Apple which needed repair, I was told that it was unfixable & to purchase a new phone. My gut feeling told me to get a 2nd opinion, which I did & took it to Brad at Australia Fair. Brad repaired my phone for under $100 & I have been going there ever since, as are my family & friends. Honest advice, amazing customer service & a no BS experience. Highly recommend! Leisa :)

The charging port on my iPhone was deteriorating; the cable wouldn't snap in properly and it was difficult to get it to charge. I was expecting that the port would need replacing, but Chris was able to fix it by deep cleaning it for $45, and now it is as good as new. Thanks guys.

Like people, businesses show you who they really are when things go wrong and that's is exactly what happened with these guys. We didn’t agree on a certain screen protector but they handled it all with the greatest kindness, grace and professionalism. I wasn't too surprised because they've always been great to deal with. It was just nice to see them being consistent, even under pressure. Needless to say, they get my ✅️... and a deep bow of respect 🙏

Amazing is the perfect word to describe Ben. My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge got corrupted and wouldn't start. I hadn't backed up the phone and would have lost everything if it wasn't for Ben. He stuck with it until he had recovered the phone including all of the apps and data. I was so relieved to get it back just as it was. I can highly recommend Ben at mySCREEN Nerang if you have any issues with your phone. Thanks again Ben.
