Free Shipping
You'll get free standard shipping if your order value is over $60. Standard shipping through Australia Post usually takes between 5-10 working days, which depends on where you live and on how hard your postie decides to work that week.
How to get it faster
If you just can't wait that long to get your order, and want it delivered faster, you can upgrade your standard shipping to Express Post shipping, which usually takes between 2-5 working days. Once again this depends on where you live.
Orders under $60
For any orders under $60 you can choose from Australia Post Standard or Express Post shipping.
Same Day Shipping
If you place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday, we'll usually ship your order that same day. As our team needs to occasionally get some rest (so they can get back to eagerly packing your orders), orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Friday)
Tracking Your Orders
Once our team has lovingly packed and shipped your order, you'll receive both an SMS (if you provided us with your mobile number) and email notifications, letting you know your order is on its way. You'll also receive a tracking link to track the progress of your order with Australia Post
