Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

mySCREEN and it’s affiliates warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by you, the consumer (the ”Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any mySCREEN Product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, mySCREEN will replace the product with a similar or equivalent product or a refund where a replacement product is not available. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. mySCREEN reserve the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.

mySCREEN may offer a limited-time “Try it free” guarantee. This guarantee provides the customer with the opportunity to purchase a product, try it for a specified time period and return it for a full refund in the event they are not satisfied with the product.
All returned products must be free from damage and unmarked. They must be returned in the original, undamaged product packaging. In this instance, the refund will include the full purchase price plus the shipping cost at the time of purchase. In the event that the product or packaging is marked or damaged mySCREEN reserves the right to offer a reduced refund. The customer is responsible for returning the product back to mySCREEN where it will be evaluated before a refund is issued.

Lifetime Warranty

mySCREEN offers a lifetime warranty on some products. These products will display the fact that they have a lifetime warranty on both the product page, as well as your receipt. This warranty is only valid for issues that are considered by mySCREEN to be defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or discoloration of the product. A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced as a result of a manufacturing error. Accidental damage through drops, installation failures, etc.  caused by anyone other than mySCREEN are not covered under the warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, mySCREEN expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that mySCREEN shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any mySCREEN product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the mySCREEN product.

mySCREEN Explorer tempered glass screen protectors come with a limited 2 year, 100% satisfaction guarantee.
 

This limited 2 year warranty covers the original purchaser against manufacturing defects which include faulty adhesive, warping, discolouration, the halo effect and scratches. If you aren't completely satisfied that your screen protector is free from these defects simply send it back to us and we'll replace it or provide you with a full refund. mySCREEN essential screen protectors come with a limited 6-month warranty. This limited 6-month warranty covers the original purchaser against manufacturing defects which include faulty adhesive, warping, discolouration and the halo effect. If you aren't completely satisfied that your screen protector is free from these defects simply send it back to us and we'll replace it or provide you with a full refund. Your tempered glass screen protector is designed to protect your screen by cracking or chipping instead of your screen. This may occur due to falls, impact, pressure or other everyday use. This is expected, screen protectors are not indestructable, and as such, chips and cracks are not covered under the warranty.

Your Legal Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The terms and conditions of the mySCREEN Warranty as detailed above do not in any way interfere with or limit your rights as a consumer within Australia. The full scope of your rights as a consumer in accordance with Australian law will always be honoured.
