Follow these simple steps and your phone will be protected in no time!!
Let's Get Started
STEP 1 - OPEN IT UP
Inside, you will see your Tradie Case, instructions manual, cleaning cloth, lanyard and additional information.
STEP 2 - WATERPROOF TEST
Before we get your phone protected we want to make sure that the case is 100% waterproof. To do this simply click the two case components together and make sure all the plugs at the base of the case are securely sealed.
Then simply submerge the case under water for 30 seconds. After the time is up pop your case back open to check no water has got into the case. Then make sure to dry it off thoroughly.
STEP 3 - CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN
Now let's give the screen a good clean. Use your screen cleaner (provided in the box) to rub the screen in a circular motion, I find this is always the best way to collect the dust and the dirt.
STEP 4 - LINE IT ALL UP
Next locate the front (screen side) of your Tradie case and line up your microphone and speakers with the bottom of the case. Then gently and evenly push in your phone. You may hear a small pop to show the phone is securely in place.
STEP 5 - TEST IT OUT
Grab your Tradie case and test the buttons. Move your mute button up and down, on the side you will find a little dial just to make sure it's working.
Note: In some cases, you will notice a dark circle on your case. This means that your case has a fingerprint reader for the sensor on the device.
STEP 6 - SEEL IT UP
Finally, place your phone face down and give the back of the phone a good clean. Place the back panel of your Tradie Case. Start from the bottom and evenly push around the edges and you will see it will seal up the device.
Note: Please read the information on the back. If you have any issues with the sound, this will give you the solutions and any other problems. One thing we do recommend is not to use a screen protector with this case. This can cause sound issues and also tap issues from the front panel of the plastic.
STEP 7 - READY TO GO!
Remove the plastic cover of your Tradie Case on the front and the back. And give it a clean using the cleaning cloth and wipe around your Tradie Case and you are done!
Note: Please make sure that your charging port is clean from dust before closing the lid. This would help the waterproofing and also keep your phone away from any dust and dirt.
